- 12 oz skinless salmon(340 g)

HONEY SOY MARINADE
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ mug much less salt soy sauce(80 mL)
- ⅓ mug honey(115 g)
