How do you cook salmon in foil? easy!
- The first step is to obtain a cooking sheet or tray with 1-inch high sides. Although you are wrapping your salmon firmly in foil, you’ll need a cooking sheet with sides simply in situation there’s any leak.
- I use 2 sheets of foil when wrapping my salmon to ensure it totally twists around the size of the fillet.
- Once your sauce is done, drizzle everything over your fillet. THEN use a clean or spatula to obtain the sauce covering the whole fillet for those beautiful flavours to cook throughout this fish, resulting in an amazing wonderful, garlicky and salted flavour.
- Period your salmon with a bit extra salt and pepper, after that cover your salmon firmly, securing the sides with each other to produce a perfect secure to prevent any sauce seeping through any gaps. You want your sauce to STAY in your fish, right?

HONEY GARLIC BUTTER SALMON IN FOIL
- 1/4 mug butter
- 1/3 mug honey
- 4 large cloves garlic , crushed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (juice of 1/2 a lemon)
- 1.2 kg | 2 1/2 extra pound side of salmon
- Sea salt , to preference
- Broken pepper , to preference (optional)
- Lemon pieces (to serve)
- 2 tablespoons fresh sliced parsley
- Salmon Recipe in Foil : Position a shelf in the center of the stove. Preheat stove to 375°F | 190°C. Line a cooking tray / sheet with a large item of foil, big enough to fold over and secure to produce a package (or 2 lengthy items of foil over lapping each various other lengthways to produce your salmon package, depending upon the size of you fillet).
