How to sear Salmon Recipe Stove Top
Dry room temperature level salmon filets with paper towel.
Season around with salt and pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice over each fillet.
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat until warm.
Sear salmon flesh side down, pushing them gently so the whole surface of the flesh enters contact with the frying pan, until crunchy and gold.
Flip and sear the various other side until the outside is crunchy.
Add the butter, garlic, parsley and lemon juice, mixing the thawing butter about each fillet. (The butter will start to brownish slightly.)
- A high quality non stick frying pan will conserve you unneeded stress of salmon sticking to a non-seasoned frying pan, and many splits of aggravation
- You can substitute the butter with 2 tablespoons of olive oil if your reluctant to use butter
- Include a sprinkle of white wine also for a premium feel! (I usually include 3-4 tablespoons)
- Fresh parsley is the just way to go with this! I do not truly suggest food preparation or garnishing with dried out parsley
